Unlimited Attended Access

What is Unlimited ATTENDED Access:
In order to keep our prices down, our modem/phone lines are shared by our customers, the average ratio being 6:1. This works when customers log off after using JOBE's service, thus allowing another customer to log on. However, when one person "camps" on a line for 10 hours or more on a regular basis when they are not actively using the service, then it limits the lines other customers can utilize. The result would be ordering even more phone lines (each costing much more than the $19.95 per month JOBE charges) and raising our monthly fees. To accommodate all of our customers JOBE has Unlimited ATTENDED access.

Unlimited attended access allows an unlimited amount of time each month to use JOBE service in an interactive, attended mode. It is not a substitute for a dedicated line. Access connections of 10 hours or more per day will be classified as a dedicated line service and may incur additional charges. Attended or active use includes browsing the web, sending and receiving email, chat, transferring files, etc. Active use does not include setting your email to check every few minutes when you are not actually using the service, nor does it include waiting for responses to ICQ or IRC messages.
